Privacy Policy
Racevo is a record of a young athlete’s development, so protecting that data is the whole point. This summary explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we handle it.
What we collect
The information you choose to add: athlete and account details, lesson logs, monthly reports, sports-CV entries, training-habit notes, and telemetry laps from connected devices. We also keep basic technical data needed to run the app reliably and securely.
Children’s data & guardian consent
Accounts for minors are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who provides consent. A young athlete’s data is treated as sensitive by default, and we collect only what the app needs to do its job.
Who can see it
A minor’s records stay inside their consent circle — guardians, a linked coach, and linked mentors within their role. We never make a minor’s name, location, media, or notes public. See our Privacy & Safety page for the full picture.
No ads, no data sale
We do not run advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data — ever. There is no business model here that depends on profiling your family. This is a real commitment, not fine print.
Where your data lives
Your data is hosted with Supabase, currently in a United States region, and we rely on a small set of trusted service providers to operate the app. Where data crosses borders, we use recognized safeguards to keep it protected.
Your rights & deleting your data
You can ask to access, export, or delete your family’s data. Email suporte@racevo.com.br and we’ll help. Deleting an account removes its data rather than hiding it.
