These plain-language terms explain how Racevo is meant to be used. By using the app you agree to them; we’ll publish the full version at launch.
Eligibility & age
A parent or guardian sets up and manages any account for an athlete under 18. Adults set up their own accounts. You agree to provide accurate information when you register.
Guardian responsibility
If you create an account for a minor, you are responsible for that account and for deciding who is invited into the athlete’s circle. You can review, manage, and remove access at any time.
Acceptable use
Use Racevo for its purpose: supporting a young athlete’s development. Don’t misuse the platform, upload others’ data without permission, or try to access records outside your consent circle.
A development tool, not advice
Racevo is a record and a training tool. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice, and the mindset features support training habits — they are not therapy. For health or coaching decisions, talk to a qualified professional.
AI is assistive and reviewed
Some summaries and reports are generated with AI to help organize what you’ve logged. AI output is assistive, reviewed by a person before it reaches a young athlete, and can still be imperfect — treat it as a helpful draft, not a verdict.
No warranty, changes & contact
We work hard to keep Racevo reliable, but the app is provided as-is without guarantees. We may update these terms and will flag meaningful changes. Questions? Email suporte@racevo.com.br.
